UPDATED: DSP Identify Victim in Fatal Crash on Hastings Farm Road near Seaford Friday Morning

UPDATED – 07/11/26 – Delaware State Police have identified 25 year old Kesnel Similien of Seaford as the man who died in the single-vehicle fatal crash Friday morning in Seaford.

ORIGINAL STORY – 07/10/26 – A Seaford man died Friday morning in a crash on Hastings Farm Road near Seaford. Delaware State Police say a Hyundai driven by a 25 year old Seaford man was southbound on Hastings Farm Road near Coverdale Road at an apparent high rate of speed just after 6:30am when the car left the roadway, struck chain link fence and parked vehicle in a private driveway – then overturned and struck a tree.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
