DSP search for wanted sex offender from Delmar

Delaware State Police are looking for a wanted sex offender in Sussex County. Police say Cordon Hayes of Delmar is wanted for failure to verify address as well as terroristic threatening. Authorities say Hayes is known to frequent the Delmar area, he is a black male, 5 foot 7 inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone who knows of his whereabouts are asked to contact State Police.
