Ellendale Police searching for wanted sex offender

Ellendale Police are searching for a sex offender who is wanted on felony charges after he failed to register his new address after moving.
32-year-old Vladimir Parker, who previously lived on South Old State Road in Ellendale, moved and failed to register and verify his new address three days after moving.
