A Greenwood man was released on his own recognizance after being charged with his third DUI.
According to the Harrington Police Department, shortly before 4 a.m., Friday officers observed a vehicle parked on the side of the Prospect Church Road. Officers noticed that the vehicle was running and saw a man sitting in the driver’s seat.
Officers made contact with the driver, identified as 33-year-old Bryan D. Joyner, who smelled of alcohol, according to police.
Police administered standardized field sobriety tests which resulted in the arrest of Joyner.
