Maryland State Police were called for a disabled vehicle on Route 50 westbound near the Vienna Bridge just after 4 this/Sunday morning – and spotted a man walking away from the disabled Jeep.  The driver, 33 year old Paul Duthoy of Edgewater, told police he was looking for a phone to call his brother.  Police smelled alcohol on Duthoy and then learned that the Jeep matched the description of a vehicle that fled from Ocean City Police and Maryland State Police in Berlin just after 2 this/Sunday morning.  Duthoy was arrested and charged with DUI and fleeing from police.
