UPDATED: OCPD Identify Suspect in Caroline Street Stabbing

UPDATED 6/10/19 – Ocean City Police have identified the suspect wanted in connection with a stabbing early Sunday morning on the boardwalk at Caroline Street. Detectives credit the town’s City Watch program and the public in identifying 19 year old Harold Nunez-Dominguez of Harrisburg, PA. He has been charged with two counts of 1st and 2nd degree assault and 2 counts of reckless endangerment. A warrant has been issued for his arrest – Nunez-Dominguez is currently in police custody in Pennsylvania awaiting extradition to Maryland.

UPDATED:  Ocean City Police need your help to locate the suspect in a stabbing that occurred on Sunday. The assault occurred at approximately 12:2 am on Caroline Street and the Boardwalk during a fight involving multiple people. Police say the suspect, a light skinned black male, stabbed two victims. A 15-year-old juvenile male, was taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury – the second victim, a 17-year-old juvenile male, was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore. Both victims sustained serious injuries but are in stable condition. Police say the suspect was wearing a dark colored t-shirt, torn knee length denim shorts and white tennis shoes. The suspect, and at least one accomplice, then left the scene and have not been located by police.

Ocean City Police are investigating an assault early this morning at Caroline Street – just before 12:30am.  Police say the suspect ran off on foot to the north.  Police are asking anyone with information regarding the identity of this person or who knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact Dfc.
