PA duo caught with crack cocaine in Milford, police say

A duo from Pennsylvania were arrested after police say they were found with crack cocaine and other drugs in Milford.

According to the Milford Police Department, shortly before 12 a.m. Tuesday, officers conducting a proactive patrol of Brightway Commons located a parked vehicle that was occupied with a noticeable smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.

Contact was made with the two occupants and further investigation located marijuana, crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.

Neajah Fassett, 22, of Chester, Pennsylvania, and Tyrese R. Carter, 30, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania were both taken into custody without incident.

Carter was found to be wanted by the Justice of the Peace Court #7.

Fassett was charged with two counts of Possession With The Intent To Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Carter was charged with two counts of Possession With The Intent To Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Both were presented at the Justice of the Peace Court where bail was set at $20,500 unsecured for each of them.
