UPDATED: Pittsville Voters Return 3 Incumbents to Town Commission Tuesday
UPDATED – 11/04/25 –聽聽Three incumbents have been re-elected to the Pittsville town commission. David Carozza was the top vote-getter with 53 votes followed by Roland Adkins with 43. Michael O’Brien received 41 votes. Write-in candidate Ivory Smith won 39 votes.

ORIGINAL STORY – 11/03/25 – Pittsville voters will go to the polls on Tuesday to elect three people to the town commission. Incumbents Roland Adkins, David Carozza and Michael O’Brien are the candidates. The polls are open from noon to 7pm at the Pittsville Volunteer Fire Department. While there are just 3 candidates to fill the 3 open seats, Town Manager Joe Mangini tells the Talk of Delmarva that the town has not adopted or amended its charter to cancel ‘uncontested’ elections.
