Princess Anne Voters to Elect 3 to the Town Council on Tuesday

Voters in Princess Anne will head to the polls on Tuesday to elect several members to the City Council.

There is 1 seat open in District 1 – incumbent Joseph Gardner is challenged by Dale Parker.

There are 2 seats open in District 2 – three candidates are looking to fill the final 2 years of a vacant seat – Saifelaslam Hamed, Penelope Nicholson and Pamela Polk.

The other District 2 seat is a 4-year term – incumbent Zelma Hayward was the only candidate to file.

There are two candidates running for the At-Large seat – also a 4-year term – Mohamed Salih and Orlando “Dell” Taylor.

The polls will be open from 7am to 7pm at the Princess Anne Civic Center.
