Reward Offered for Information in Dover Homicide

Delaware State Police need your help to to determine the activities of 63 year old Mark Garrett of Dover on the day before he was found dead along the Isaac Branch Greenway trail near South Bay Road and President Drive. Garrett’s body was found the morning of August 30^th near the wood line. Garrett was found dead with blunt force injuries, have not determined the circumstances surrounding his death.
