Administrative Judge of the Circuit Court for Wicomico County S. James Sarbanes has sentenced 23-year-old Tavon Jabire Tull of Salisbury to twenty years incarceration after he was found guilty of second degree rape.

Tull’s victim was a one year old infant, who was taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center for treatment upon the discovery of their injuries.

Judge Sarbanes declared Tull a sexually violent predator and ordered him to register as a sex offender and be supervised for life non release.

Wicomico County State’s Attorney Jamie Dykes said “Those involved in this investigation cannot forget the brutality inflicted upon this defenseless child.”
