Salisbury Woman Found Guilty of 1st Degree Murder

A Salisbury woman has been found guilty of 1st degree murder, robbery and other offenses.  Judge Donald C. Davis of the Circuit Court for Wicomico County convicted 40 year old Brandi Upshur on Wednesday in connection with the murder of 32 year old Tavin Molock of Salisbury in July of 2017.  He was assaulted and robbed in the area of Bethel and Roger Streets in Salisbury and later died from injuries he suffered during the robbery.  Sentencing for Upshur has been postponed for the completion of a pre-sentence investigation.
