UPDATED: Seaford Police and DSP Arrest Suspect in Shooting

UPDATED – 12/22/19: A 25 year old Seaford man wanted by Seaford Police in connection with a shooting Friday evening has turned himself in to police.  Seaford Police were called to Collins Avenue where they found a person with gunshot wounds who was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.   Xavier Mills-Davis is charged with attempted 1st degree murder and possession of a firearm and is being held in default of $860,000 cash only bail.

Seaford and Delaware State Police were called for a report of shots fired Friday evening just before 5:30 on Collins Avenue.  Police found a person with gunshot wounds who was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.  Police have developed 25 year old Xavier Mills-Davis of Seaford as a suspect and have an active arrest warrant on file for him.  If you know where Mills-Davis is – contact Seaford Police or Crime Stoppers.
