Sussex County Council will Receive Transportation Update from DelDOT Tuesday

The Sussex County Council will be visited by DelDOT officials for a transportation update. The Council will also hold a public hearing at 10:15am on an ordinance to amend the FY 2023 operating budget to add new fees and expenses for the Kitchen Incubator project. Finance Director Gina Jennings will update the Council on the American Rescue Plan Act. The afternoon session at 1:30pm includes public hearings for three conditional use and one change of zone application.
