Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 05/11/26
Mother鈥檚 Day Sunday was very nice with warm air temperatures and light winds that allowed boats to reach ocean structure and black sea bass for the first time in a week.
Lewes Harbour Marina said the Katydid brought back a boat limit of black sea bass and they returned to the dock early. The Bottom Line and the private boat By By also had good numbers of black sea bass. They had no report from the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal.
Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park told us they are just beginning to see the first signs of bluefish and flounder as the water remains cold.
Old Inlet Bait and Tackle reported tog caught from Indian River Inlet on sand fleas and green crabs. They said they had no reports from the beach.
