Thursday saw good fishing weather, but it will go downhill fast.  Small craft advisories are already up for Friday and may be needed for Saturday.  Right now, Sunday looks fishable.

Amanda at Lewes Harbour Marina said on Wednesday Bill Swords, Kevin Legates and Tanner Virden ran out to a canyon where they deep-dropped for a limit catch of golden and blueline tilefish.  The Katydid ran a triggerfish and sea bass trip on Wednesday catching plenty of both.  Lou Pennella had a citation triggerfish that weighed 5.36 pounds.  Dave and Mike Toomey had four spadefish to 4.23 pounds on sand fleas and clam at the Outer Wall.

Jeff Waxman, Ryan Mault and Dave Long caught eight cobia between 38 and 46 inches on Tuesday.  They worked menhaden schools along the oceanfront.  The Thelma Dale IV had a good catch of sea bass also on Tuesday.

Captain Carey Evans on the Grizzly brought in a limit of sea bass on Wednesday.
