Sunday was a tad toasty, but the wind was down allowing boats to fish pretty much where ever they wanted.

Amanda at Lewes Harbour Marina said Jules Mister had some big triggerfish and Billy Mister caught a couple of black drum at the Outer Wall on sand fleas.  The Katydid had a good catch of flounder and dolphin over ocean structure.  Dave and Beth Klinger had sea bass and flounder to Beth’s 23 incher on squid at the Old Grounds.  Joey Miller and family Sean, Catherine and Bella had a good catch of spot out of the Bay on clams.  The Pirate King caught a mixed bag of blowfish, kings, croaker and triggerfish out of the bay.

At Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em the report was good for the all-day boat Captain Bob who came in with 40 keeper flounder plus some dolphin and sea bass.  The half-day boat Judy V had croaker, flounder and sea bass.  The croaker bite is good just outside the inlet at the Green Can.

Susanne Martin and her crew fished the Point at Cape Henlopen and caught small black drum and bluefish.
