New Law: Worcester County Rental Licenses Available January 13

New legislation is now in effect in Worcester County that requires people who rent or offer to rent property for sleeping accommodations to obtain a rental license from the county government. A copy of Bill 19-4 and the adopted rental license fee schedule are available at www.co.worcester.md.us . Applications for a rental license will be available on January 13th on the Department of Development Review and Permitting website or call 410-632-1200
