UPDATED: Seaford Police Arrest Robbery Suspect; Detectives Close 3 Cases

UPDATED – 10/27/25 – The arrest last week of Donald Gross and Marlyn Gramajo-Gutierrez in Seaford has closed three bank robberies in the Seaford area. Detective closed two robberies of M&T Banks and one at Bora Beauty on October 21st. Gross is now charged with the following offenses:
- 2 counts of Robbery 1st (Felony B)
- Robbery 2nd (Felony E)
- 2 counts of Conspiracy 2nd (Felony G)
- Terroristic Threatening (Misdemeanor A)
- Menacing (Misdemeanor).
Gross was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $131,100 cash bail.
Gramajo-Gutierrez is charged with conspiracy 2nd (Felony G) and is being held at SCI in default of a $10,000 cash bail.

ORIGINAL STORY – 10/24/25 – A man wanted for bank robbery was arrested this morning by Seaford Police – with assistance from the US Marshal’s Service and Delaware State Police aviation. A community member spotted Donald Gross and a female enter a property near the Sunrise Motel and called police. Once Gross’s presence was confirmed, US Marshals made entry and arrested Gross and 30 year old Marlyn Gramajo-Gutierrez – both were taken to the Seaford Police Department. Gross is charged with the following:
- Robbery 1st Degree (Felony B)
- Conspiracy 2nd Degree (Felony G)
- Terroristic Threatening (Misdemeanor A)
- Menacing (Misdemeanor)
The FBI Violent Crime Task Force and Homeland Security are assisting with the investigation which is ongoing and active.
