Wicomico County Government Closures for Thanksgiving

WICOMICO COUNTY GOVERNMENT OFFICES

Wicomico County Government Offices will be closed Thursday, November 27, 2025, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday and Friday, November 28, 2025 in observance of Native Heritage Day.

 

CONVENIENCE CENTERS, LANDFILL, BRUSH PILE, FERRIES
THANKSGIVING DAY & NATIVE HERITAGE DAY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

On Thursday, November 27, 2025, the Newland Park Landfill, Convenience Center and Brush Pile, all external Convenience Centers, Whitehaven Ferry and Upper Ferry will be closed.

On Friday, November 28, 2025, the Newland Park Landfill and Convenience Center and brush pile will be opened. The Whitehaven Ferry will be closed and all external Convenience Centers will be closed.
