Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 11/29/25
Friday saw a gale warning up on the bay and ocean with air temperatures in the mid-40s. There is little improvement in the forecast in the foreseeable future.
When I called Old Inlet Bait and Tackle, they said a few hardy (or crazy) fishermen were at Indian River Inlet and they were having a very slow pick of small tog with the occasional keeper.
Black Friday is the traditional day when stores begin to have discounts on everything from hats to shoes. If you are shopping for fishing tackle, please go to one of the local tackle shops instead of one of the big box stores. The guy at the local shop knows the local fishing unlike the guy at the big box store who may have been in lady鈥檚 underwear yesterday. That knowledge is valuable.
