Dover Police Investigating Armed Robbery

Dover Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred in the overnight hours– early Sunday morning in Dover. Police made contact with the victim in the parking lot of Wawa on North DuPont Highway. Police say that while at a residence on Ironwood Court, four armed individuals approached him and demanded his property. He complied, and the four fled the scene, stealing his vehicle as well. The stolen vehicle has since been recovered. According to police, the suspects are four black males. No other information or leads are being released at this time, and the investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Dover Police at (302) 736-7130.
