Wicomico County Public Schools Updates 2025-2026 Calendar with Makeup Days & Survey on 2026-2027 Calendar Options

The Wicomico County Public Schools calendar has been revised to make up all the days missed this year for winter weather. There have been 3 closure days for weather – January 27, February 23 and 24. A makeup day of March 16th has already been announced – additional approved potential makeup days of April 2 and June 12 will also now be school days – with 3-hour early dismissal.
The Wicomico County Board of Education is also taking input on the 2026-2027 school year calendar – public comment will be taken before a vote is taken on March 10th.
