Del. Judicial Health Emergency Extended For 30 Days

Delaware’s judicial emergency during the COVID-19 pandemic has been extended for another 30 days.

Chief Justice Collins Seitz Junior extended the terms of Phase Two of court reopening. Jury trials remain on hold.
This is the 12th time the judicial Emergency has been extended since the start of the pandemic.
