Delaware State Police Arrest Milton Man Following Rehoboth Beach Drug Bust

Delaware State Police say they have arrested 39-year-old Michael Henry of Milton following an investigation that discovered illegal drug sales in and around Rehoboth Beach.

Authorities say they uncovered weapons, drugs and paraphernalia from Henry’s residence located in the 36000 block of Palace Lane at Camelot Meadows in Milton as well as his vehicle.

Delaware State Police say they discovered a 9mm Smith and Wesson handgun, which they stay was stolen. They also found nearly 300 grams of cocaine, over 400 grams of marijuana, 5 marijuana edible candies, 10 cannabis oil vape refills, 3 marijuana candy bars, 6 chocolate THC spoons and over 10,000 dollars in suspected drug proceeds.

Henry is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a tier 4 quantity, possession of a controlled substance in a tier 5 quantity, possession of a firearm/destructive weapon within 10 years of prior conviction of any felony, possession of a firearm or ammunition by a person prohibited due to prior violent crime or felony, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, receiving a stolen firearm, possession of a controlled substance in a tier 1 quantity, resisting arrest and 3 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

DSP say they consulted the Governor’s Task Force and Probation Officers to locate Henry. Following the investigation, arrest and charges, Henry was arranged before the Justice of Peace Court 3 and is being held at Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown on 167,600 dollars cash only bond.
