Denton Garage Fire Accidental

A three-car garage was heavily damaged by fire Friday morning in Denton. Denton firefighters were called to Greenwood Road just after 11am and investigation by the Maryland State Fire Marshal showed the blaze was accidental and caused by a extension cord creating a spark which came in contact with an unintentional gasoline spill by the homeowner.

Damage is estimated at $150,000.
