Three men have been arrested by Delaware State Police after a two month drug investigation of illegal drug sales on Mount Joy Road by members of the Sussex Drug Unit and the Governor’s Task Force. Police and SORT members went into a home with a search and seizure warrant on Thursday and seized 519 bags of heroin, over 22 grams of marijuana, two 22 caliber rifles, 9mm handgun and over $5000 in suspected drug proceeds. Police also recovered a moped that was confirmed to be stolen. The three suspects – from Millsboro and Delmar – are being held at SCI in default of bond.
