House Fire Displaces Family in Hebron, Wicomico County

A fire that occurred in a two-story house overnight on Porter Mill Road, Hebron, Wicomico County displaced a family and caused an estimated $300,000 in structural damage. The American Red Cross and other volunteer organizations are assisting the family. In addition, two dogs died in the fire. The blaze originated on the first floor. Smoke alarms were present and activated alerting residents to the fire.
