Fire Hydrant Flushing in Lewes – Thursday & Friday

The Lewes Board of Public Works will be flushing fire hydrants on Thursday, April 23 on the town side and on Friday, April 24 on the beach side. Work will begin each day at 5am.

Water pressure may be low and you may experience discolored water. If you should have discolored water, let your cold water run for a few minutes until it clears.

During this time – refrain from using automatic washers and dishwashers while work is being done in your area.
