The Milford Police Department says it has arrested a 37-year-old Frederica man following an assault in the early morning hours of Wednesday, April 17 in the parking lot of a Perdue Farms facility in Milford.
Officers say following an investigation, they were able to identify 37-year-old Kevin L. Kimbrough as a suspect in relation to an assault that happened between 1 and 2 a.m. in which a victim was assaulted, causing them to be admitted to the hospital.
On Tuesday, April 23, the U.S. Marshals Service First State Fugitive Task Force apprehended Kimbrough in the 1600 block of Bay Road in Milford. He was then turned over to the Milford PD and formally charged with First Degree Attempted Murder, First Degree Attempted Carjacking, Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony and First Degree Unlawful Imprisonment. The suspect had two court capiases issued for his arrest. He was committed to the Department of Corrections in default of 622,000 dollars cash bail. He was ordered a no contact order with the victim and with Perdue Farms.
