Delaware State Police arrest two thieves suspected of multiple copper thefts from commercial irrigation systems in Southern Kent and Northern Sussex counties.

Detectives began their investigation in February after several companies from Camden Wyoming through Greenwood reported their commercial irrigation systems were raided for copper wiring.

Police learned two Harrington men, Taylor Provanchie and Thomas Bradley, had stolen over 1 ton of copper and got over $1,800 from a local scrap yard. Between last Thursday and this Monday, police located both men, each charged with theft, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief.
