Laurel Man Sentenced for Home Invasion, Assault & Witness Intimidation

A Laurel man has been sentenced to 12 years in prison after his arrest for home invasion, assault and multiple other offenses including 2 counts of intimidation. Seaford Police were called for a domestic violence incident and witnessed 37 year old Anthony Morris assaulting a woman in a motel parking lot. Morris was released and a PFA issued when he forced his way into the woman’s home again and attacked her and tried to persuade her not to press charges against him.
