Maryland’s Disabled Veterans license plate has been redesigned!  The new plate adds color and prominently features red, white and blue stripes with stars to symbolize service to country.  The plate continues to feature the letters ‘DV’ to designate that the driver is a disabled veteran – but “disabled veteran” is also spelled out in red at the bottom of the plate.  The new plate is now available at the MDOT MVA for eligible veterans.
