Milford PD Arrest 4 for Shoplifting

Two men have turned themselves in to Milford Police in connection a shoplifting and fraudulent return investigation at the Walmart in Milford. Two others – 23 year old Erika Coleman of Harrington and 32 year old Johnathan Nason of Bridgeville have already been arrested and are free on bond. On Wednesday 31 year old Ricki Wintjen of Harrington and 29 year old Allen Burton were each charged for their part in the scheme. Both are free on bond and all have been ordered to have no contact with any Walmart store in Delaware.
