Millsboro Eagle Scout Elected to National Chief of Order of the Arrow

A Millsboro Eagle Scout has been elected the National Chief of the Order of the Arrow this weekend in Dallas, Texas. The Order of the Arrow is the National Honor Society of the Boy Scouts of America and Matt Parsons is the first National Chief to ever come from the Del Mar Va Council and Nentego Lodge 20. Matt is an Architectural Engineering student at Delaware Tech in Georgetown.
