Milton Police Make Arrest for Assault

Milton Police were called to Tilney Street for an assault with a weapon early on Friday morning. Police identified the suspect as 23 year old Brandon Barto who was arrested and charged with the following:

  • strangulation or suffocation
  • 2nd degree assault
  • 1st degree unlawful imprisonment.

Barto was arraigned at JP Court 2 and issued a no contact order with the victim and committed to SCI in default of a $72,000 cash bail.
