MSP Charge Salisbury Driver with DUI After Crash on Bypass

A Salisbury man has been charged after a vehicle crash on the Salisbury Bypass at the Naylor Mill Road exit ramp.  Maryland State Police say Nissan Versa rental car ended up under a guardrail – with heavy front-end damage and airbag deployment.  Police smelled alcohol coming from the driver, 26 year old Kevin Menzel of Salisbury who was arrested for DUI and other offenses after performing sobriety tests. Menzel was not injured, but was released on traffic citations to a family member.
