Dover Police were notified of several cell phone thefts at the Firefly Music Festival over the weekend.  Police say one victim was able to track her phone with the “Find my iPhone” app and officers from Dover PD and the Delaware State Police tracked the phone to 34 year old William Rodriguez of Miami, Florida.  He was arrested and found in possession of 27 cell phones – including the victim’s phone.

Another man was spotted by undercover officers selling counterfeit Firefly T-shirts in Camping Lot 2.  When police tried to contact 24 year old Hassah Mceachin of South Carolina, he ran off on foot but was arrested after a short chase.  Police seized 37 counterfeit T-shirts, $850 in cash and a gram of marijuana.

Five other men from Virginia and Ohio were arrested after selling a variety of drugs to undercover officers.  Police seized everything from amphetamines to LSD to ecstasy.
