Oceans Calling Festival Underway in Ocean City

The Oceans Calling festival kicked off its 3rd year Friday night with the first day of concerts in the three-day festival at the Inlet in Ocean City. And the beach and inlet lot were packed with fans. There is the chance for some rain showers, but the concerts today and Sunday should NOT be a washout. Ocean City Police will be highly visible downtown – and the concert promoter also has a private security detail working inside the venue.
Additional buses have also been hired to help move people away from the venue to the park & ride and other dedicated pickup and drop off areas.
Remember – parts of the boardwalk are also inside the concert venue and not accessible without tickets.
