Seaford man arrested for string of vehicle break ins

A Seaford man arrested for breaking into cars. Delaware State Police say Billy WIlliams the 3rd of Laurel was the culprit behind a string of 6 vehicle break ins in December of last year. Laurel Police arrested Williams on Monday and turned him over to State Police for processing. He has been charged with felony theft, criminal trespass and conspiracy among other charges. He was taken to Sussex Correctional on over $4,000 secured bond.
