Seaford PD Arrest 7 in Undercover Prostitution Operation

An undercover prostitution operation by Seaford Police ended in the arrest of seven people. The operation ended a month-long investigation to identify problematic areas within the city limits that display a high level of quality of life issues. The arrests included 37 year old Charlene Ignotis of Seaford and 30 year old Christina Pitts of Ellendale – who were both charged with prostitution, drug offenses and violation of probation. Five men from Seaford, Millsboro and Greenwood were also cited for patronizing a prostitute and released. Various other police agencies assisted with this operation.
