Selbyville Man Charged after Road Rage Incident in Dover

Dover Police were called after a man pointed a gun at another driver after a road rage incident on North DuPont Highway in the area of Bally’s. Police were able to locate the suspect, 22 year old Ryan Hartung of Selbyville, and arrested him without incident. A search of his vehicle turned up a 9mm handgun on the back seat.
Hartung was transported to Dover Police where he was processed and arraigned.
Hartung was released after posting $1,500 secured bond on the following charges:
- Aggravated Menacing
- Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.
