Sussex Firefighter to be Memorialized at National Fallen Firefighters Memorial this Weekend

This is National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend. Thousands will attend the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial in Emmitsburg, Maryland – as additional names are added to the 2025 Roll of Honor – including Sussex County’s Thomas Wilson Berry, III of the Georgetown and Ellendale Fire Companies.
There will be a candlelight service Saturday night beginning at 7:30. The National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service is Sunday morning beginning at 10.
