Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 08/02/26

Saturday, we hand another good weather day and good fishing followed suit.

Lewes Harbour Marina reported the head boat Angler brought in 200 spot from Delaware Bay. The Pirate King and the Chasin Tail had good catches of croaker, also from Delaware Bay. The private boat The Master had black sea bass from ocean structure.

Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park told us a kayak angler fishing the pilings at the end of the pier late on Thursday evening caught an 8-pound sheepshead.

Hook ‘em and cook ‘em said the Captain Bob had sea bass and a few flounder from ocean structure on their all-day trip. The Captain Ike ran to the canyons and returned with tilefish. A private boat fished the Hambone for two bluefin tuna.
