Two Arrested in Dover After Mailing Drugs

Two men were arrested Friday by Dover Police and Homeland Security after receiving Ecstasy by mail at the Dover Post Office. Police arrested 31 year old Michael Palmer and 38 year old Sheldon Claud in the parking lot after they picked up the package that contained the over 200 grams of Ecstasy. They were also found in possession of numerous other drugs including powder and crack cocaine, marijuana, over 1200 bags of heroin and a loaded 9mm handgun. Both face multiple drug and weapons offenses. Customs and Border Patrol and US Postal Inspections also assisted in the investigation.
