UMES Holds 138th Commencement in Princess Anne

Today was the 138th commencement at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne. The ceremony was held Friday morning in the William P. Hytche Athletic Center.

Maryland Governor Wes Moore was the graduation speaker.聽 The governor encouraged graduates to never lose sight of their accomplishments as they take the next step in their journeys.

University President Heidi Anderson announced during the ceremony that 292 students would receive their degrees during today’s ceremony.
