WGMD Fishing Report 10-19-21

mark-levin-promo

Tuesday was another beautiful day at the beach, unless that is you wanted to go fishing on the ocean or bay. Small craft advisories were up and I would not be surprised if they were not up again in Wednesday. Winds are expected to be west at ten to fifteen knots with gusts to 20 and seas of three feet in the morning falling to two feet in the afternoon. On Thursday the wind will shift to the southwest at 10 to 15 knots with gusts to 20 then go to the south at 15 to 20 knots with gusts to 25. Seas will be two feet or less in the morning then three to four feet in the afternoon.

I checked with Tommy at Lewes Harbour Marina and Burt at Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em. Both said no boats left the dock on Tuesday.

Old Inlet Bait and Tackle had the same report they have given me for the past week. Small blues caught from the beach on mullet. Small tog caught out of Indian River Inlet on sand fleas and green crab.

This is Eric Burnley with your WGMD fishing report.
