City of Lewes to Host Inaugural State of the Community Forum on January 27

The inaugural State of the Community Forum will be hosted by the City of Lewes on Tuesday, January 27th. This forum is in partnership with leaders from the University of Delaware, Beebe Healthcare and the Cape Henlopen School District, who will present their 2026 priorities, joint strategic goals and discuss how and why collaboration is key to building sustainable growth and a healthy community.
The forum will be held at Lewes Elementary School on Savannah Road from 5 to 7pm. Attendees may RSVP and submit questions in advance by visiting the official Event Registration Page. Attendees are strongly encouraged to submit question s using the link provided as in-person questions will be limited and the live stream will not be interactive.
