A man is in custody in connection with burglary, theft of a firearm and other offenses. Delaware State Police had been looking for 21-year-old Ryan Hicks of Felton. Police said Hicks was located Sunday at a home in Felton and taken into custody without incident. Hicks has been arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
